I went to this location. The staff was friendly when I walked in. Also, I tried the dirty soda when they were having a free promotion and they were a good refreshing drink if you need a pickup in the afternoon. Come check out this location in a big shopping center with lots of other stores.
Great service and fast baking!

Crumbl is a popular cookie shop known for its never-disappointing cookies and friendly staff. Customers love the unique and varied flavors, making it their go-to place for a delicious treat. The staff is always welcoming, polite, and friendly, creating a warm and clean environment. Many reviewers appreciate the fresh and warm cookies at pickup, with some favorites including chocolate chip, strawberry, and Rice Krispies cookies. While some mention that certain flavors or pies during fall are not their favorites, overall, the cookies and cakes are highly praised. The store’s friendly service and tasty treats make it a preferred spot for those craving cookies, especially in Winnetka and Northbrook. The only downside noted is that cookies can be a bit pricey, but customers feel it is worth it for the quality and service. Crumbl remains a top choice for satisfying sweet cravings with friendly service and fresh, flavorful cookies.
