I believe this location deserves 5 star review because not only was my food delicious and perfect when it arrived but I had amazing service from Davonna when I called in. I was having online issues ( my end)- and she assisted me and I could feel her positive attitude! I had meatball sub today And coffee shak
This was the SLOWEST Potbelly I have ever been in. Every individual behind the counter asked me what I ordered and asked if I wanted to add ingredients or additional items, which was not only annoying but likely slowed the service. I ordered a shake, but by the time I made it to checkout it hadn't even been made. But that didn't prevent the cashier asking me if I wanted cookies with my order. How about focusing on the actual order I placed? Just a thought.

Each time I have been in Potbellys Northbrook ,Davonna greets you with a smile . She makes ordering very easy. You can tell she enjoys her job. Potbellys is lucky to have her as an employee.
