“Once again the owner of this store has gone above and beyond! There was a snafu with my online order. When I arrived to pick up my ice cream cake it wasn't ready. There was a mix up with the order. The owner offered us a full size cake that was already made rather than the half size cake we ordered. I tried to pay the difference and she refused. The owner worked to make it right. We'll be back for sure!“

“I came here last night and let me tell you not only does the place look cool as hell. The customer service is excellent. Mohammad served us, and from the moment we walked in he offered a couple in line some water. Without skipping a beat he saw my girl and i and offered us some brownie bites and samples of ice cream. “We are a family of 5 who enjoyed everything we ordered! The service went above and beyond our expectations. While consuming our food we also had the opportunity to witness how everyone was greeted and treated wonderfully. There were games available for the children to play it was very fun for our entire family. Just to share a little more about the level of attention we received my four-year-old was completely terrified of the Easter Bunny I was talking to her about how it was someone in a costume similar to when she dresses up in costumes or princess dresses staff was willing to take off the Easter bunny mask to ensure my daughter felt safe and secure this changed the whole visit for her she was no longer scared still very cautious but not scared and was able to enjoy eating her tamale♥️ I would most definitely recommend this place to others! ♥️“

They said they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. So I called the one off Touhy Ave in Niles and the fellow named Cesar was super friendly and helpful and said they’d honor it. So I drove there and they did! At the store, Cesar was super friendly and the other fellow working there too. So nice compared to the employees at the Crumbl near me in Skokie. I avoid that location at all costs! They (Skokie location) have no customer service skills and would benefit from some training in customer service. Could learn a thing or two from Cesar and his coworker.“

He was getting people through as efficiently as he could, even though it was definitely a lot of work in a short amt of time for 1 employee. “I’m a foodie, always down to explore unique flavors. And this place has many. Cafe con Leche, figs with cognac, Merlot with berries -YES! That one was my favorite. The authenticity of coffee and wine was very interesting to find in ice cream. The only thing I missed was the basic, crispy cones (they might’ve been out I didn’t ask) - the ones they had were way too sweet.“
