“I love the halo -halo but I hope the customer service will get better. The person who took my orders seems like she wasn’t glad I made an order and not so welcoming. Good customers service is A Must to attract more patron js . Thanks“

“Super friendly guys there. This was my 2nd Crumbl stop tonight as the 1st one off Golf (across from golf mill mall) did not honor my free bulls mini cookie. They said they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. So I called the one off Touhy Ave in Niles and the fellow named Cesar was super friendly and helpful and said they’d honor it. So I drove there and they did! At the store, Cesar was super friendly and the other fellow working there too. So nice compared to the employees at the Crumbl near me in Skokie. I avoid that location at all costs! They (Skokie location) have no customer service skills and would benefit from some training in customer service. Could learn a thing or two from Cesar and his coworker.“

“Their horchata boba is very flavorful! They also provide board games to play while enjoying their tasty treats, adding to the cozy atmosphere :)“

“I had a great experience at the ice cream shop, and I especially want to appreciate Aman for his excellent customer service. He was very polite, friendly, and attentive, and he handled customers with great patience and respect. He also showed a very responsible attitude toward his work and management.“

“Muy ricos sabrosos 😋🤤😍están deliciosos“
