“So this place was absolutely a great experience for us! I used to come here when I was younger. Now I'm able to bring my child here simply because they have non-dairy and peanut free options. When I initially called the woman that answered was so patient and even mentioned that when I arrived, I could ask the worker to please wash the serving spoon. So when we got there we were immediately greeted, and we explained that our child had allergies, they showed us the options and gave us samples to try we asked that the spoon be washed and without hesitation they did so. Good ice cream, great atmosphere and options for everyone. We will continue to come here. My 4 year old loved the lightning clouds on your ceiling. 🙂“

“Fantastic spot to grab a treat after dinner. Be warned that there is always a wait! Came in on a Tuesday night around 8:30/9pm and had to wait about 20 mins to dine in for a party of 4. There’s a bench outside so it’s not too bad of a wait!

Very crowded line to order takeout and just a bit overwhelming with all the wait staff and people waiting around by the door.

Menu is really big, but we got a classic hot fudge banana split. Delicious and huge! We split it among 3 adults. All ice creams were delicious, but it seems they scoop it in the order you say the ice creams in, so keep that in mind for the middle ice cream flavor. Ice creams were all delicious, no notes.

We thought it was too much fudge at first (rookie mistake), but it ended up being the perfect amount, and we were even considering asking for more! Hot fudge was amazing and warm, not too sweet, and extremely rich.

I do think it could have used an extra bowl of peanut crumbles on the side though, it went so well with everything and we ate through that part quickly.

Was tempted to get chocolate treats, but it was too crowded by the window to see what the options were. Maybe next time!“

We tried the mini pancakes with milk chocolate and strawberries and the peach mango smoothie we come here very often and get the exact same thing and love it absolutely. Ali goes above and beyond in terms of service. Will recommend it 10/10.“

“Anyone that gave Amorino or is thinking about giving Amorino less than 5 stars, has no idea what quality gelato is. The flavors and quality are superb! Better than any other place that exists. Especially the places that over charge for ice cream that tastes like chemicals. The staff are extremely welcoming, kind and helpful! The place is warm and inviting. I drive from the northwest suburbs just for Amorino! Please open another location near woodfield mall! Or better yet, near Oakbrook!“

“Ohhh sweet summer flavors and memories are found at Xurro! They have a great menu of many ways to get your sugar fix from sundaes to smoothies and seasonal flavors too. You can even get a variety of flavors in your ice cream base, vanilla or strawberry or Superman! It being my first time I decided on a classic sundae with churros and I was pleasantly surprised. The churros are crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and have the perfect dusting of sugar. It was gone before I made it home! A little on the higher side for price but it’s fair for all that you get.“

“We are a family of 5 who enjoyed everything we ordered! The service went above and beyond our expectations. While consuming our food we also had the opportunity to witness how everyone was greeted and treated wonderfully. There were games available for the children to play it was very fun for our entire family. Just to share a little more about the level of attention we received my four-year-old was completely terrified of the Easter Bunny I was talking to her about how it was someone in a costume similar to when she dresses up in costumes or princess dresses staff was willing to take off the Easter bunny mask to ensure my daughter felt safe and secure this changed the whole visit for her she was no longer scared still very cautious but not scared and was able to enjoy eating her tamale♥️ I would most definitely recommend this place to others! ♥️“

They said they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. So I called the one off Touhy Ave in Niles and the fellow named Cesar was super friendly and helpful and said they’d honor it. So I drove there and they did! At the store, Cesar was super friendly and the other fellow working there too. So nice compared to the employees at the Crumbl near me in Skokie. I avoid that location at all costs! They (Skokie location) have no customer service skills and would benefit from some training in customer service. Could learn a thing or two from Cesar and his coworker.“
