“We came to the mall specifically for gelato while in town for a show at The Rosemont Theater. The gelato flower is *almost* too beautiful to eat, but it didn’t stop us. LOVE that they have organic flavors and no artificial colors!! The employees are friendly and talented. Getting to sample flavors was such a treat and watching them make the flower is mesmerizing. My daughter enjoyed strawberry and chocolate in a cone and I opted for strawberry and organic lemon in a cone, while my husband chose a dish of organic chocolate. We all felt it was the perfect size treat and such great flavors. We wish we didn’t live so far away so we could enjoy this more often!“

Food is authentic Italian no photography allowed. Portions are copious amounts and tender delicious was the chicken parmesan.
Gelato is an amazing piece of art just to look at. Smooth as silk creamy. I had some pistachio and lemon cello.

“It’s my first time ever here. The gentleman recommended a few menu for us. He definitely knows what’s good. Boba and fruit smoothies and milk tea are so good. i got mango nature smoothies. brown sugar milk tea and coconut milk tea. oh my god. And there’s a big sofa is like heaven. It’s so cozy I was falling asleep I felt so welcomed and wanna def come back here again. He also offered us free sample of smoothies for us to try to see if we like it or not. “Came in early afternoon on 12/16 and was greeted by Caitlyn, who welcomed me with a big smile and let me know she was happy to help if I needed anything. I was looking to get a birthday cake for my daughter, but the size available on display was a bit too large. When I asked if there were any smaller options, she explained that she had just made one and it would be ready in about 10 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting.

She even let it freeze a little longer since it was freshly made, added the candy toppings, and kindly offered to write a small birthday message on it. The entire experience was friendly, fast, and extremely courteous.

Highly recommend this location, and I would absolutely return—especially if Caitlyn is working. Her exceptional service truly went above and beyond.“

While consuming our food we also had the opportunity to witness how everyone was greeted and treated wonderfully. There were games available for the children to play it was very fun for our entire family. Just to share a little more about the level of attention we received my four-year-old was completely terrified of the Easter Bunny I was talking to her about how it was someone in a costume similar to when she dresses up in costumes or princess dresses staff was willing to take off the Easter bunny mask to ensure my daughter felt safe and secure this changed the whole visit for her she was no longer scared still very cautious but not scared and was able to enjoy eating her tamale♥️ I would most definitely recommend this place to others! ♥️“

When I went for the first time I needed a seller because this work like self service, they help me and were so kind. Cookies are expensive but so delicious. The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess“
