I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
The Dairy Queen in Fayetteville, TN is 100% pure T… TRASH.
12/23/25 to 04/17/26 visited five times.
5 out of 5 trips we are greeted with - “Sorry we are currently out of ice cream”.
Last night 04/17/26… we even called beforehand to see if “the ice cream place has ice cream”.. Whomever answered my call was on a concurrent call with DQ’s IT department for some password recovery methods.

This DQ is very unfriendly. They have never said "hi" or "hello", just an abrupt

Even when I say hi or hello, they don't respond and just wait for me to state my order. Also the seating area in back of store should be blocked off in some manner to shield from passing cars, putting the umbrellas on the tables would also be a nice touch. This place is just very factory-like.
