Ordered on chipotle app for delivery and Driver came to my house empty-handed saying that someone else took my order. I drove to store myself and they were unwilling to remake my order. Worst experience ever, manager was completely unhelpful and smug.
Carnitas were FIRE!
Friendly employees, tasty food but…. NO soap in one of the bathrooms combined with a non functioning hand sanitizer dispenser. Yikes! My mind immediately goes to “are the employees washing their hands after they use the bathroom”? Gross. I brought it to the attention of the staff and one said he would look into it.
