I appreciate the staff here for helping me out when the machine does not spit my receipt
Sometimes their food is slightly more expensive than other McDonald's locations
Earlier, their shift forgot 3 of the 4 items I ordered. Called and they wanted to make things right. Went back Monday July 13th after midnight and they made things correct. Thank you. Great service.

McDonald's Villa Park-O'Keefe Family Restaurants is a fast‑food location that has had mixed reviews. Some customers say the service was great a year ago, but as of December 30 2025 the service is terrible. The manager did not apologize for mistakes and the staff was not nice. Some customers say the food was wrong. Other reviewers praise the O’Keefe family staff. They say the staff is wonderful, kind, polite and always have a smile. They say the staff is impeccable and the staff is friendly.
The restaurant has one register and several self‑serve kiosks. It also has an indoor PlayPlace that is very clean. Kids can climb and slide. The PlayPlace is one of the best in the area. The drive‑through is always busy but the inside diner is not so much. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The restaurant has a ton of Krispy Kreme donuts. The prices are higher than local restaurants, so customers are advised to use the McDonald's app.
Customers sometimes have to go back to the counter for sweetener or milk for the Happy Meal because there are no condiments or additions available for self‑service. The ice cream machine was broken on one visit. There is plenty of exterior parking, wheelchair accessibility, a ramp and handicapped parking.
