“Anyone that gave Amorino or is thinking about giving Amorino less than 5 stars, has no idea what quality gelato is. The flavors and quality are superb! Better than any other place that exists. Especially the places that over charge for ice cream that tastes like chemicals. The staff are extremely welcoming, kind and helpful! The place is warm and inviting. I drive from the northwest suburbs just for Amorino! Please open another location near woodfield mall! Or better yet, near Oakbrook!“

“The place was nice and clean. I was greeted immediately. The young lady was knowledgeable about the menu and polite. She informed me and asked me if I would like certain things on my funnel cake before putting anything else outside what it's served with. The Funnel Cake was fresh along with the fruit. I will be back. I recommend this place.“

“Came in early afternoon on 12/16 and was greeted by Caitlyn, who welcomed me with a big smile and let me know she was happy to help if I needed anything. I was looking to get a birthday cake for my daughter, but the size available on display was a bit too large. When I asked if there were any smaller options, she explained that she had just made one and it would be ready in about 10 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting.

She even let it freeze a little longer since it was freshly made, added the candy toppings, and kindly offered to write a small birthday message on it. The entire experience was friendly, fast, and extremely courteous.

Highly recommend this location, and I would absolutely return—especially if Caitlyn is working. Her exceptional service truly went above and beyond.“

“We are a family of 5 who enjoyed everything we ordered! The service went above and beyond our expectations. While consuming our food we also had the opportunity to witness how everyone was greeted and treated wonderfully. There were games available for the children to play it was very fun for our entire family. Just to share a little more about the level of attention we received my four-year-old was completely terrified of the Easter Bunny I was talking to her about how it was someone in a costume similar to when she dresses up in costumes or princess dresses staff was willing to take off the Easter bunny mask to ensure my daughter felt safe and secure this changed the whole visit for her she was no longer scared still very cautious but not scared and was able to enjoy eating her tamale♥️ I would most definitely recommend this place to others! ♥️“

I've eaten tamales most of my life and I brought some for my grandma who came to Chicago from Mexico and she absolutely loved them she has been eating them for 70 plus years and for her to provide her stamp of approval means a lot. “Super friendly guys there. This was my 2nd Crumbl stop tonight as the 1st one off Golf (across from golf mill mall) did not honor my free bulls mini cookie. They said they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. So I called the one off Touhy Ave in Niles and the fellow named Cesar was super friendly and helpful and said they’d honor it. So I drove there and they did! At the store, Cesar was super friendly and the other fellow working there too. So nice compared to the employees at the Crumbl near me in Skokie. I avoid that location at all costs! They (Skokie location) have no customer service skills and would benefit from some training in customer service. Could learn a thing or two from Cesar and his coworker.“
