A nice little place to stop in and get a sweet treat. Service was quick and friendly. Good variety of flavors of Italian ice and frozen custard. There's some seating, but the place is pretty narrow, so it would be difficult to sit as a large group. But it's perfect for a couple of friends to sit down together.
There's a Rita's that's opened up in West Ridge about two miles away from me, but I haven't been there yet even though I've been curious. After dinner in Edison Park we stopped at the Park Ridge location here to give it a try. This isn't a large shop so you won't be eating in. They also don't have a large menu of flavors (at least for the custard) like some other shops do but that's okay.
