“My wife and I love coming here! But, you really need to have the cashiers start taking names for the orders at the walk-up. When there’s a crowd and the workers are yelling the order, especially when it doesn’t come out at once, causes a lot of confusion. If they yell out a name, someone will answer immediately.“

“Anyone that gave Amorino or is thinking about giving Amorino less than 5 stars, has no idea what quality gelato is. The flavors and quality are superb! Better than any other place that exists. Especially the places that over charge for ice cream that tastes like chemicals. The staff are extremely welcoming, kind and helpful! The place is warm and inviting. I drive from the northwest suburbs just for Amorino! Please open another location near woodfield mall! Or better yet, near Oakbrook!“

Food is authentic Italian no photography allowed. Portions are copious amounts and tender delicious was the chicken parmesan.
Gelato is an amazing piece of art just to look at. Smooth as silk creamy. I had some pistachio and lemon cello.
Even the customers are kind and courteous. I'm not in that area very often at all. But if I were, I'd go back in there!“

“La Michoacana Fresa is the real deal for a sweet treat. I grabbed a couple of their Fresas con Crema paletas—strawberry chunks swirled in creamy goodness. Also tried the Arroz con Leche popsicle; it was like dessert in a bite. The place is clean, the staff is chill, and the flavors hit every time. Spent about $15, and it was worth every penny. Definitely coming back for more.“

When I went for the first time I needed a seller because this work like self service, they help me and were so kind. Cookies are expensive but so delicious. The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess“

Absolutely amazing customer service, (I wish I asked for the employees name, my receipt says Liz) but she was the friendliest, warmest, most pleasant person! “Visited Fishers location - so glad I did! Non-dairy lemon chill was pleasantly creamy (expected it to be tart like sorbet, but it was mild and delicious!) - and non-dairy caramel was amazing! “It's a little spot that's on the corner of a busy street that I've passed by plenty of times. Glad I finally stopped by there and tried this yogurt fruit drink.
