“Updated review 4/16/2024:My previous review was a 1 star review based on unprofessional management. So far since then I haven't seen much hostility toward the employees unless it's from impatient customers who struggle to comprehend that they're not the only people waiting.Anyways, I've received exceptional service lately. Mainly from a very kind tall man with a beard and slightly longer hair. I wish I would've asked for his name.There's also another taller man who has a little stubble and glasses, he always greets me and calls me sir, which is cool because I'm actually transgender and I get a confidence boost each time I see him. Thank you. :)The food has improved as well, and their speed is top notch. I will admit Friday night was very busy BUT the employees handled it very well and professionally.Thank you for your hard work, guys. Anyone who says "fast food isn't hard work" is SO wrong. It's a very stressful environment and it's clear you have amazing employees who work extremely hard to keep the quality high and the wait time low. :)“

“Yummy yummy place! Under new management! Our office had a lunch treat and ordered an Elote (Mexican Corn) with cheese Mayo and chili!!! Yummy! We also had a Mangoada (Mango with chili and Mango ice cream) and we also had Dorilocos (large taking records) I tell u all of it was delicious! The young lady that prepared our items made them with love, very friendly young lady!!“

“Loved my elote and great service by the workers on 5/10/22. Very friendly place. Although a big line was present. I don't blame the workers I blame the owners in not hiring enough staff for the nice weather. I'm sure they know once the weather gets good, it gets busy.“

“It's Baskin Robbins what's not to love. Excellent ice cream and a large variety. Service is quick and friendly. The prices are a bit higher than I prefer but you're paying for the name. It is convenient though, there are several places to grab a bite in the same "strip mall" kind of area. You can get dinner at one of them and pop into Baskin Robbins for your dessert. Gotta like that. Don't have to make a special trip unless you want to.“

“So many delicious flavors, it was hard to pick. Our family of four enjoyed our different choices. It's a beautiful ambiance for the beginning of summer with indoor and outside space. Staff was very friendly and helpful in helping us decide which flavors to try. Def recommend and we'll be back to try new flavors!“

“Good ass Italian ice. Fresh fruit. So natural. Love it. They give you free "flight" (four flavors in a container) for 10 stamps for every purchase. To all the lovers of syrup who dislike sugary Italian ice, do what you do cause you're not tasting real goodness. Best Italian ice.“

“Logan Vegan easily has the best vegan Ice Cream I've ever had, and the owner John makes it himself which I find even cooler.It's coconut based, but doesn't taste coconutty at all. The taste and texture is just like normal ice cream. I'm lactose intolerant and used to just take a bunch of lactaids when I go to Jeni's ice cream but now I just go to Logan Vegan and I'm good - haven't been back to Jeni's in months. My personal favorites are the mint chip and cookies & cream.“

“Great historic ice cream and candy shop in Chicago. We came at a busy time and had to wait awhile for service. We had the classic Turtle sundae and it was good.
