“I recently hired Danny for my children's school, for a back to school event. He came on time, with a great selection of ice cream and popsicles and served over 300 kids and adults kindly and patiently (and that's saying a lot for having to wait as young children make up their minds!). He quoted me prices better than other places I reached out to and we would 100% use him again for our future events. Thanks Danny for making our party such a success!“
“Charming little ice cream place. Kids thought the ice cream was great, and there are non dairy options. One person in our group ordered coffee that was forgotten, and when she checked back with the cashier, the cashier asked to see a receipt for proof, I guess.“
“The flavours were exceptional, I tried a bunch of flavours while I was there and ended picking two of my favourite the goat cheese caramel and the non dairy strawberry (which was really yummy with the coconut milk in it)Dietary restrictions: They have non dairy optionsWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible“
“Good ass Italian ice. Fresh fruit. So natural. Love it. They give you free "flight" (four flavors in a container) for 10 stamps for every purchase. To all the lovers of syrup who dislike sugary Italian ice, do what you do cause you're not tasting real goodness. Best Italian ice.“
“A friend told me about this neighborhood gem. I'm blown away by the friendly atmosphere and staff. If you're looking for something special and authentic this is the place to visit. Everything made in-house and freshly prepared with care and love“
“Logan Vegan easily has the best vegan Ice Cream I've ever had, and the owner John makes it himself which I find even cooler. It's coconut based, but doesn't taste coconutty at all. The taste and texture is just like normal ice cream. I'm lactose intolerant and used to just take a bunch of lactaids when I go to Jeni's ice cream but now I just go to Logan Vegan and I'm good - haven't been back to Jeni's in months. My personal favorites are the mint chip and cookies & cream.“
“I love the concept and I love shopping small business. This cute shop offers tasty ice cream in a laid back atmosphere. The guy assisting me was SO NICE!! I loved exploring all of the cool flavors and his enthusiasm was as high as mine.I bought a ton of flavors for my family. My daughter in law texted me that she cannot live without the orange creamsicle and refused to share even one bite. I loved the horchata cinnamon which was so creamy and smooth.I love everything about this place!“
“Great historic ice cream and candy shop in Chicago. We came at a busy time and had to wait awhile for service. We had the classic Turtle sundae and it was good. I found the decor to be the most charming of all, although it sits on the border between kitschy and vintage.Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids there“
“The Rootbeer float is delicious. The 1st 2 times I went, my float and strawberry shakes were excellent. My 4th visit, the cookies & and creme shake, was great, but my strawberry was just pink and not very flavorful at all. I saved it so I could remake it. Didn't want to throw it away. It cost too much for that. I will try again, but I will taste it before I leave.“
“Delicious cookies! My favorite is chocolate chip! Staff is super friendly and the place looks super clean. Recommend 100%.Parking: There is plenty of parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Kids can actually see the staff baking and packaging the cookies.Wheelchair accessibility: The store is spacious for wheelchair.“
“Best local spot for gelato or food!! They always have a huge variety of gelato and ice cream flavors. I love coming here, the portions are always big as well. Their food is served hot and tasty! I also really like the small and intimate environment. I always have great service!“
“It’s my first time visiting this place, so many unique flavors of ice cream, black sesame, mango sticky rice, Ube, it was overwhelming and made me wanted to try everything on their menu.Recommended by the friendly staff, she highly recommended the messy boba! It was a WOW moment.Highly recommend!“
“Boba trip is located in a strip mall on cicero. Just off of Cicero, it had very good boba, drinks and a very friendly staff and service. The prices were reasonable and they had many options and ideas. They also were willing to customize drinks for you to your taste. I found the prices reasonable and the staff was very good. I would recommend at least giving this place a try if you're ever in the area of Oak Lawn.“
“An absolutely amazing restaurant which is rare to find in this area. Besides the food being above par…the service is above and beyond. All the servers and even the head chef will come out to the customers and make sure you walk out more than satisfied. One server Yaren, she made sure we were taken care of so well the whole time. She is absolutely a great server! Food is so authentic it taste just like when I ate in Turkey ??! Promise you will love this place just as much as I did!“
“When I come in to Chicago to visit family and friends I always make an attempt to come here to eat. Great food and atmosphere. It is a very tiny place inside a bowling alley but very busy because of the staff and food. 5 Sears Towers because after five years he is still consistent.“
“I have been going to this place since it opened and i had always only gotten the nachos extra cheese and peppers because they reminded me of my childhood. But then i tried the ice cream it is the best. Look the owner she is the best and the most sweetest person in the world. And i am so happy for her that she expanded the shop. If you haven't been there go. Take the kids parents and just treat yourself.“
“This place and concept are too cute! We stopped here for dessert during our trip to Chicago. Once in line, the staff are extremely helpful and work efficiently in an assembly line to get what you want. They also offer samples, so you can make sure you're satisfied with the flavor you order. We ordered a monkey in a banana flavor, a pig in a fruity pebbles flavor, and a panda in a cookies and cream flavor. The ice cream was so delicious and creamy, and it was just too stinkin' cute! I almost didn't want to eat it, but it sure was tasty.“
“We had dessert only but service was a bit all over the place, we got there and had to wait for a table and the people behind us got thier order taken before us and served 1st although we had been waiting. Overall, the dessert Sunday was delicious... My brownie was nice and warm, and so was the chocolate syrup.“
“Hottest week of the year and we needed to do something fast to show our loyal employees how much we appreciated their hard work and dedication. I filled out the online form at Windy City Ice Cream, requesting a quote. Elena got back to me almost immediately and together we set up a time the next day to come out and surprise our employees. Communication was great the whole day and Aaron showed up with his truck on time. He was both courteous and professional. With traditional ice cream truck music playing, our employees were able to make their selections and the overall reaction from our employees was quite positive. What a fun experience! I would highly recommend Windy City Ice Cream for your next event!“
“I've never had a bad experience here at Crumbl Cookies!Since moving to the area a few months ago, this has been our go-to Crumbl Cookies spot. We get it probably once a month - yikes! Every time here, though, has been the opposite of yikes - the staff is friendly, the cookies are fresh, it's never busy, always clean, and there's ample parking outside. At my old Crumbl Cookies location in Schaumburg, it was always a tight squeeze and hustle-and-bustle situation inside the store and in the parking lot because it was so busy. This location is bigger with more parking, but it's never busy which I like. Let's be real, Crumbl Cookies are freaking good. There's 4 rotating flavors every single week and 2 constant flavors (chocolate chip & sugar). I always love the chocolate chip and will get it in replacement of one of the rotating cookies when I get a 4-pack. In my opinion the warm cookies are always better than the chilled, but some of the chilled ones are great, too. They also sometimes include a mystery cookie which yes, is a mystery when you get it. I love that they do that, I think it's a fun concept especially if you really don't know which other cookie to get or want to try something new. There's TONS of flavors in general at Crumbl, I can't even select my favorite one. When they have these flavors, I do really enjoy their cinnamon swirl cookie, s'mores, cinnamon fry bread, dulce de leche, Biscoff lava, chocolate cake, buckeye brownie, and basically any flavor that has cinnamon or caramel in it, or that's super chocolatey and gooey. You already know I'll be coming to this location again!“
“Ice cream was really tasty but portion size was inconsistent. Some people got scoops the size of golf balls where others got scoops much bigger when ordering the same thing. So every time you go it is questionable what you’ll actually get.“
“Do NOT sleep on the pineapple Dole whip or even just visiting Hole in the Wall! It is so, so delicious, especially the pineapple Dole whip (did I already say that?). It's so good that my chocolate-loving 5-year-old asked to go back before they close for the season for more pineapple Dole whip, because it in her words "It's even more yummy than chocolate!" Hurry, & stop by before they close for the season on October 8.“
“Literally our favorite ice cream place! They have shaved ice that is softer and better than any place I’ve ever been to. They also have a wide ice cream selection and great sundaes. The staff is also so so so nice and patient with my excitable kids. Definitely worth the trip down 103rd!“
“Cookies were amazing! Someone bought a box to the bar and I was really impressed. The flavors and the taste were so different. I loved them so good I had to order a box the next day for my coworkers. Although, some of the flavors were different as they offer different flavor daily, they were still yummy. My co-workers were just as pleased as I was. Parking in Wicker Park to get to the cookies was a challenge but I managed. A lil bit pricey but worth the treat every now and then.“
“HOLY COW, this is a hidden treasure of a food spot in Oak Lawn! The atmosphere of the store is amazing and cozy. Great menu selection and the food is out of this world! I ordered the Chicken Burrito Suizo and a mango Fresca and everything is made fresh and truly made with love and passion!! The rice and beans were some of the best I’ve ever had too! Great job and will be back over and over again!!“
“The shop is located right downtown elmhurst. Perfect for those evening summer strolls! The customer service is great. The people working just want to provide you with a great experience and give you some good ice cream. The treats themselves are on the pricier side, but they are really good as well. We have had sorbet and ice cream and both were really good.“
“This is a gem, and I'm lucky to live near it. You don't find an ice cream shop like this in every town. Friendly staff, an excellent product, and a charming atmosphere. Bring your out of town guests for a treat, bring the kids on a hot day, or just get a little something for yourself - you won't regret it.“
“The ice cream was creamy and rich, with a perfect balance of flavors. You can also sample the different flavors before deciding on the ones you want.I chose the Browned Butter Almond Brittle flavor,Gooey butter and the nutty, caramel notes were absolutely divine. The 3 scoops were generous . I loved that the ice cream was made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients. Jeni's has definitely earned its reputation as a top-notch ice cream shop. I can't wait to try more flavors!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free available“
“Great ice cream but there a lot more on the menue, this is my go to spot for a quick breakfast on the go, my favorite is their yogurt with fresh fruit and granola and a nice strong cup of coffee to go or enjoy it there while watching a morning show. Their home made ice cream is delicious and it always helps to have great customer service, the owner Victor is super nice and is always so kind when I come and visit.“
“this place is amazing!!! we got there probably 45 min before they closed and they still served us with a smile. we got superman, butter pecan, mint chocolate chip, and cappuccino crunch. oh and a pretzel with cheese, they had so much stuff to choose from we didnt know what to get. its almost like being at a carnival /icecream shop . JUST TRY IT YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID!!!!!!Kid-friendliness: the also have icecream bar like a icecream truck would have . but there is so much to choose f“
“They say I am the only customer who can make their snow in yogurt base and logically there is an extra charge which I do not refuse and I do not even care about the price the only thing that happened is that when serving me in that glass it does not account for packaged balls Since they charge me at the price of yogurt, logically it shouldn't have air bags, and if those are orders from the owner to serve snowballs in a yogurt glass and charge them at the price of yogurt, then he doesn't want my money, not my business, I don't KNOW. If you understand me..... The owners......“
“I just went in there thinking it will be , I don't know, but it is like a palace of pure pleasure. The staff was welcoming and the sweets are unbelievable. Guys don't pass this place by, it is a gem. BTW I never post a review but for this I had to.“
“My favorite ice cream place for now!! The ice cream is so delicious, creamy, and fresh!! Every flavor is so flavorful and yummy! I enjoyed the Boston cream ice cream, dark chocolate, and mint chip! I would 100% recommend this place! Customer service is great too!“

“I was craving cupcakes so I stopped by to try it out. Upon entering the girl at the register was very nice and welcoming. They had quite a few options to choose from and I decided on the Oreo and hostess cupcakes. Both were yummy and hit the spot. Since they have a wide variety of flavors I definitely will come back and try more.“
“Wow. Big Bro’s Ice cream is SUPER accommodating and professional. So many options and some of the best costumer service I’ve had living in Chicago. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about creating a magical experience for your party, let Big Bro’s cater your next event! Can’t recommend them “
“Open seasonally. Neighborhood burger and treat stand. Vintage signage and seating inside. Summer treats for all ages. We've always had good counter service from the people working there. Usually teens/college age staff that does a great job.Kid-friendliness: There is seating inside to be a bit more secure. Outside seating available but in parking lot.Snack foods (burgers/fries) but we always go for the frozen treats.“
“Sticks & Cones is an wonderful addition to Oak Park! A great location with plenty of street parking. The ice cream is phenomenal. The frozen yogurt too!! They have a bunch of other treats to snack on as well. A special surprise of an arcade with your favorite 80’s games await you in the back - which you can play for free. We can’t wait to come back ❤️“
“The best churros place, it reminded me of Guadalajara!Excellent flavor and price.I will definitely returnThe taste of snow is authentic…The best churros place!Excellent flavor and price.I'll definitely be backThe taste of the ice cream is authentic...“
“Decided to stop here after picking up my son.. now our go to place!! Ice cream is superb! Nachos w/peppers amazing!! Banana splits!! So much goodness in this location! I’ll definitely be trying elotes next !! The fresh fruit is also great!!!! While it is a little pricey it’s definitely good!“
“I've been tempted to stop at this place every time I drive by, and today was the day. I was immediately struck by how spotless this place is upon arrival. It is exceptionally clean and well-organized, and every compartment where the ice cream is located is spotless. I received prompt and excellent treatment from the woman who assisted me. I didn't feel hurried out of there, and she took her time to make my order. Depending on how busy they are, places like these will typically rush you out and leave a mess everywhere. However, she provided excellent service, and I will definitely use her again.“
“Great place to get ice cream or floats, and hang with friends & family. Service is quick and staff is friendly. Been here plenty of times when I have late night ice cream cravings. They are usually packed in the summer, so be patient. Usually I rotate between a root beer (Sprecher on tap too) float, PB Oreo concrete, or a strawberry banana sundae. They used to have orange soda floats but they no longer carry orange soda. Bring it back!“
“First time coming here, my friend introduced me to this place and I definitely didn't expect there to be so many options! They even have chocolate covered bananas! The prices are very cheap too on any budget. Variety of ice cream too. Very quiet place as well.“
“Pro: Tons of ice cream options, Spanish speaking crew, bathroom onsiteCon: Paid street parking, low agua fresca optionsSwing by Disney's birth home and saw this place in the Hispanics area of Chicago. Got a banana strawberry smoothie, the staff scooped the ice cream and blended it. Was expecting juice and milk, but it's a nice touch. Mangonada was just as delightfully as what I could get in Southern California. Legit place.“
“Excellent food, service and personnel. I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner here, they are consistent with quality and food preparation. Carryout was great as well. I love their tortas, tacos and dinner plates. They also have wonderful Lent specials right now. The quesabirrias are sensational ♡“
“I got a "Fight the Flu" smoothie here a few weeks ago, and it was super fresh, nourishing, and delicious! Just what I needed. Free samples of their acai bowls, as well. I hadn't even realized this place was here until recently, so I hope more people find it and frequent it! The employee working at the time was super friendly and enthusiastic about the restaurant. I tried a gluten-free (yuca) empanada as well, and it was great! This spot deserves to be more lively insideDietary restrictions: Gluten-free options available“
“This place is amazing! Polite and helpful employees that walk you through all the flavors, clean and fun environment, and of course good-quality food and lots of choices. I have never seen an ice cream place offer so many different topings! On my ice cream I dared to try popping rocks, gummy bears, and sprinkles. It was a revolutionary combination! The employees were so nice, and one of them even helped me test out different ice cream flavors. Not only is the food good, but also the atmosphere. When I walked in, I was greeted by an enthusiastic sound of a bell. Then as I walked through the most beautiful light pink hallway, I saw hundreds of little signs and pictures. My personal favorite is the "Dog People Rule" sign! Inside the store there is comfortable, clean environment. You can bring your whole family if you want to. Although be aware that their busy hour is during 5-8 window, so you might have to wait for your order.“
“Their ingredients and burgers are always fresh. Customer service is off the charts. I love eating the Culver's deluxe with a side of onion rings. And for free dessert I fill out a survey and get a scoop of custard (usually flavor of the day). Delish!“
“Awesome place for smoothies and frozen yogurt , haven’t had a bad experience in the year I been going , always has the freshest fruit and everything is clean and on point , definitely recommend to anyone , owner is super nice and easy going as “
