I filled out the online form at Windy City Ice Cream, requesting a quote. Elena got back to me almost immediately and together we set up a time the next day to come out and surprise our employees. Communication was great the whole day and Aaron showed up with his truck on time. He was both courteous and professional. Of all things, I never expected gluten to be the limiting factor in **ice cream** flavors, you know, a food that doesn't have gluten by default. I ended up getting a chocolate truffle pint (I think the other GF DF pint was cold brew coconut). It's good chocolate ice cream, but not worth the higher price compared to Oatly or So Delicious. I was SO LET DOWN by the lack of options that were both GF and DF.
