“I always look forward to visiting this place, and I truly enjoy the wonderful variety of ice cream flavors! The only small suggestion I would like to share is regarding the ice cream’s consistency during the summer months. At times, it seems a little softer than expected, and I’ve noticed this over the past couple of years. I’m sharing this feedback with appreciation, in the hope that it might help enhance the overall experience for everyone. Thank you for all the great flavors and enjoyable visits!“

“The cookies are amazing as always! Staff can try to be a little more friendlier they give the factory worker feel (hot miserable & not trying to be there). Doesn’t feel welcoming but thankfully I’m not there for them 🤪 there for the cookiesss but a lil customer service goes a long way & if that’s too much try smiling it’s contagious! 😊“

“The place was nice and clean. I was greeted immediately. The young lady was knowledgeable about the menu and polite. She informed me and asked me if I would like certain things on my funnel cake before putting anything else outside what it's served with. The Funnel Cake was fresh along with the fruit. I will be back. I recommend this place.“

“The cashier was super pleasant and welcoming. I knew exactly what I wanted but she made sure my order was right and clarified everything. The building is smells of fresh fruit. And I must say ive been to 4 LA Michocana locations trying to find the flavor of my first visit and I found it here. They absolutely made my day better with house fresh and smooth the fruit and yogurt was. I was wary of buying a large because I usually only get that size to share but I ate the whole thing without hesitation. If youre looking for a place to get fresh ingredients and polite service. I highly recommend this location. Although there may be language barriers for other cashiers: as ive experienced in other locations since I dont speak spanish, be patient and courteous as they are and you'll love it here!“

“Everything was fantastic including the service!“

“Ordered the cheeseburger meal which includes fresh cut fries, a bowl of Chili and a fountain drink or you can substitute a shake or float. Everything was very good and the service was awesome. My only issue is the up charge for cheese and onions and if you want no beans in the Chili. Other than that, two thumbs up 👍
The strawberry shake was top tier !!!
I will definitely be a returning customer.“
