“As soon as I walked in the staff was absolutely friendly! I ordered a mangonada an a couple other items for my boyfriend and my kids and we all absolutely loved it. Hands down has to be one of the best ice cream spots. Not to mention every other ice cream place takes forever to serve the customers they were quick and gave great service it made everything 10x better.“

“I had such a great time at Drip N Sip! The customer service was absolutely out of this world. The man who helped us was incredibly nice, accommodating, and genuinely friendly he really took great care of us from start to finish.

The food and drinks were just as impressive. We tried the mango, peach, and raspberry dessert, and everything was delicious. I ordered a lemonade boba, which was super refreshing and flavorful. But my absolute favorite was the Dubai Chocolate rich, smooth, and unforgettable.

“We came to the mall specifically for gelato while in town for a show at The Rosemont Theater. The gelato flower is *almost* too beautiful to eat, but it didn’t stop us. LOVE that they have organic flavors and no artificial colors!! The employees are friendly and talented. Getting to sample flavors was such a treat and watching them make the flower is mesmerizing. My daughter enjoyed strawberry and chocolate in a cone and I opted for strawberry and organic lemon in a cone, while my husband chose a dish of organic chocolate. We all felt it was the perfect size treat and such great flavors. We wish we didn’t live so far away so we could enjoy this more often!“

Also tried the Arroz con Leche popsicle; it was like dessert in a bite. The place is clean, the staff is chill, and the flavors hit every time. Spent about $15, and it was worth every penny. Food is authentic Italian no photography allowed. Portions are copious amounts and tender delicious was the chicken parmesan.
Gelato is an amazing piece of art just to look at. Smooth as silk creamy. I had some pistachio and lemon cello.
Even the customers are kind and courteous. I'm not in that area very often at all. But if I were, I'd go back in there!“

“It’s my first time ever here. The gentleman recommended a few menu for us. He definitely knows what’s good. Boba and fruit smoothies and milk tea are so good. i got mango nature smoothies. brown sugar milk tea and coconut milk tea. oh my god. And there’s a big sofa is like heaven. It’s so cozy I was falling asleep I felt so welcomed and wanna def come back here again. He also offered us free sample of smoothies for us to try to see if we like it or not. “We are a family of 5 who enjoyed everything we ordered! The service went above and beyond our expectations. While consuming our food we also had the opportunity to witness how everyone was greeted and treated wonderfully. There were games available for the children to play it was very fun for our entire family. Just to share a little more about the level of attention we received my four-year-old was completely terrified of the Easter Bunny I was talking to her about how it was someone in a costume similar to when she dresses up in costumes or princess dresses staff was willing to take off the Easter bunny mask to ensure my daughter felt safe and secure this changed the whole visit for her she was no longer scared still very cautious but not scared and was able to enjoy eating her tamale♥️ I would most definitely recommend this place to others! ♥️“

The store is too small and it’s confuse because there are two lines, one for order and one for pickup, because of the size of the store it’s kind a mess“
