Love this place. Obviously the chocolate, the deserts, and great coffee. Yet, I love the food here Picture shows the omelet Provencal and Pumpkin Spice Latte with house made pumpkin puree.

Went inside, not busy. Person behind counter was cleaning and had to get attention. Ordered a mint chocolate chip milk shake but it was very bland. It was blended so much it was like a watered down milkshake. Had to have sig other taste to make sure it really was mint.

So disappointed in there customer service today. I drove by to actually go to a bubble tea place in the Deerfield shopping strip mall, and as I passed dunkin, there was a sign that said $1.00 ice cream cones, I have my five kids in the car, they all cheer and I say "you all get an ice cream today" I order 5 cones for my kids via drive thru and I receive my total (I think hmm that doesn't right, they probably didn't calculate the $1 cones but regular price) So I get to the drive...read full review
