I ordered a cake for the 24th, took it home and went to go serve it to everyone at the party and when people started eating it it had a nasty taste and was the worst cake I have ever had. So I called to get a refund from the store and they told me no you can’t have a refund. So I called corporate to get this situation resolved and they took my information and sent it to the store. So today the district manager called me just to tell me I waited too long to call them and they will not give me a refund at all. I will never go to this company for anything anymore. Worst customer service I have had in a long time!!

Drive thru ice cream places with no flavors shown stink. Ran out of the best flavor, peanut butter and chocolate. We gave the order and the person never came back to say come up to the window. Order was not being prepared when we got to window. They all seemed confused over 3 stinking cones. I asked them to read the order back and they stared at me like I was speaking another language. I then repeated my order and they started making it. Poor experience. Ice cream is good. Oh, last thing, my cone came with ice cream inside the paper wrapper in the middle of ice cream. That was total BS. Baskin Robbins fail!

Love this place. Obviously the chocolate, the deserts, and great coffee. Yet, I love the food here Picture shows the omelet Provencal and Pumpkin Spice Latte with house made pumpkin puree.
Went inside, not busy. Person behind counter was cleaning and had to get attention. Ordered a mint chocolate chip milk shake but it was very bland. It was blended so much it was like a watered down milkshake. Had to have sig other taste to make sure it really was mint.

This place has terrible customer service. I called looking for a cake and the lady told me that she's too busy to talk to me and hung up. Management should train their employees better. I was about to purchase a $35 cake, but I guess not.
