“I was in the neighborhood and made it just in time for their lunch special, between 11-1pm. I had the cashew chicken with a spring roll to start, and a Thai Ice tea. The server asked how spicy I wanted it and gave a choice between 1-5, I chose 4, but when it came out they had forgotten to add it, so he quickly took it back to add it. It was a chopped up Thai chili and the dish was delicious and fresh tasting. Can't wait to go back and try a different dish.“

“This is by far our favorite Korean restaurant in the Chicagoland area. We drive about 40 minutes to eat here because the food is authentic, delicious, and affordable! It's owned by a Korean husband/wife team. It's not fancy, but I feel at home everytime. I highly recommend it!!“

“We had an absolutely amazing experience, and Victor truly made our evening exceptional. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive, intuitive, professional, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire meal.

Victor made sure everything we ordered was exactly right and that our food was amazing. He checked in at the perfect times, paid attention to every detail, and made sure we were happy with everything without ever making us feel rushed. His service was warm, polished, and very natural.

You can tell Victor genuinely cares about the people he serves and about giving them a great experience. His attention to detail and the way he took care of us really stood out and made our dinner memorable.

The food was wonderful, but Victor’s service is what made the experience truly special. He is an excellent server and absolutely deserves recognition for the level of care and professionalism he provides. We will definitely be coming back and hope to have Victor take care of us again.“

“Everything was homemade from scratch and absolutely delicious. The inside is so beautifully decorated. The owner Megan is so sweet. She really does put her all into the food. There is such a beautiful backstory as to how her business came about. We tried the fusions and our favs were Da beef (this is an Italian beef inspired tamale), Tropicante Bustamante (this is a Jerk sauced inspired tamale) we also loved the classics Green Guadalupe and the Angel Amy. There are vegan options. We tried the strawberry and coconut Italian ice both were amazing and made from scratch.“

Other than that I do have to say they're sweet and sour chicken is probably the best around. They're fried rice is also delicious. “Stumbled upon to Claypot by happenstance with my fiancée a couple years ago and have been going back since! I thought I wrote a review already but better late than never. This is by far one of our FAVORITE lunch/dinner spots to go to. The food is so flavorful, healthy, and abundant. The service is very attentive. There are some days where it may be slower because they are busy, but it’s a small location with only a few servers so give them grace if that’s happens with you. I brought a party of 12 one time which took basically a quarter of their restaurant on a busy night. Anyway, I’ve brought a majority of my family members here and they all love it!! You not only leave full and happy, but you feel energized rather than groggy/lethargic like other places. Will not stop going to, bringing people to, and recommending this spot ever. Wishing lots of prosperity and business to them.“

You walk in to see the faded food pictures then you get greeted by a sweet Chinese lady, she then proceeds to hand you a menu after that you order and you sit down to wait. The lady then brings you the food when it's done and bids you farewell.“
