“Did the karaoke party - - family style food first then karaoke. The crab rangoon is very good as well as the garlic green beans. The orange chicken head very orange-y. Also came with vegetable egg rolls, vegetable fried rice, sushi, dumplings. I thought the rest of the food was just ok but I'd be willing to go back to try food specifically that I prefer and could order. It's byob but he supplies ice and there is liquor on site. “This place is special to me because it’s one of the few places in Chicago, from my experience, that has sugarcane juice. I think they add some lemon to it. I’m a big fan, it’s balanced and refreshing this way. Their lemongrass chicken bahn mi is so delicious too. The cherry on top is the great service I get every time I come here. They serve the food to your table and the lady at the cash register is always nice.“

“Absolutely love this place! I work nearby so I come often for lunch. The soups are great and I really appreciate that they offer free samples of whatever you want to try. There's always a wide variety too - veggie, meat, seafood, creamy, tomato-y, whatever you're in the mood for. The employees here are always super nice and give great customer service as well. The lunch rush gets busy sometimes but you can tell they're all working hard and trying to get orders out as quickly as possible. I've only ever gotten the soup so I can't speak to other menu items, but if you're a soup fan this is definitely the place to be.“

I've eaten tamales most of my life and I brought some for my grandma who came to Chicago from Mexico and she absolutely loved them she has been eating them for 70 plus years and for her to provide her stamp of approval means a lot. “Alma R was fantastic give her a raise. It’s airport food but extremely solid food. Expensive but great. Two double jack and cokes and a Italian omelet with chicken Apple sausage was $63 without the tip.

“Got two soups and sliced beef shank delivered. Everything was tasty and packaged well — like some ramen joints, they have the soup in the bowl with a tray insert that separates the noodles and toppings, preventing them from getting soggy on the way to your house.

The seafood noodle had plenty of seafood toppings, plus pickled mustard greens and half of a braised egg. The Taiwanese beef noodle was the best I’ve had in Chicago so far, including Taiwanese-specific restaurants. Came with pickled veg, a good portion of beef, and half of a soy sauce braised egg.
