The only thing better than the food was the service. The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more attentive. The skirt steak was cooked to perfection. The tortillas are made fresh in house and you can tell. The mole is legitimately the best I’ve ever had.
Chef Geno of Las Fuentes is the genius behind this amazing Mexican restaurant. Manchamanteles is not your typical Mexican restaurant because their menu is unique and traditional.The floor area is very big. Plenty of tables. You can ask to sample their three kinds of Mole.
