“This place was so cute and the food was amazing! We got the chicken satay, Thai fried chicken, crispy basil pork belly and crab fried rice. My favorite was the crispy basil pork belly! It was incredible and flavorful.

“There were 3 items I believe that I was told would be vegan if I ordered it with tofu. I can’t remember the other 2, but I ordered the mapo tofu. It tasted great!

Happy they accommodate vegans! It’d be amazing if the menus could be labeled in the future to see more clearly what is vegan without having to ask someone.“

“We have tried a lot of Thai restaurants over the years and R Hann is on another level. The food is exceptional and the staff is genuinely attentive and kind - the kind of place you want to go back to again and again.
A few of our favorites: the moo ping, Thai chicken wings, basil leaves, and khao soy. Order all of them. You will not regret it.

“I love this place, you need to try the handmade biang biang noodles at the restaurant, its not the same if you get it take out. Even they will tell you that. The flatbread is interesting too, you want that crunchy. These are two types of items you can't get at other chinese restaurants.“

“Did the karaoke party - - family style food first then karaoke. The crab rangoon is very good as well as the garlic green beans. The orange chicken head very orange-y. Also came with vegetable egg rolls, vegetable fried rice, sushi, dumplings. I thought the rest of the food was just ok but I'd be willing to go back to try food specifically that I prefer and could order. It's byob but he supplies ice and there is liquor on site. “This hotpot experience was fantastic! The meat quality was great for the price, particularly the ribeyes and briskets, which I absolutely loved. The pork was decent, and I didn’t try the chicken. They had a great variety of green vegetable options, although adding some lemon grass would have really enhanced the flavors. The sides were incredible; they even tasted better than the main course meat and vegetables. It’s a good idea to create your own sets of two sauces: one with green chilies, cilantro, and their house sauce, and the other with sweet tones. These sauces complemented the tonkatsu broth perfectly. Highly recommended!“

“Noodles By Takashi Yagihashi is a solid downtown noodle spot. Stopped in for dinner after work, grabbed the tonkotsu ramen, spicy miso noodles, and pork gyoza. Broth was rich, noodles had that perfect chew, and everything came out fast even with a crowd. Chill vibe, good spot to reset after a long day in the Loop. Definitely hitting this again when I’m downtown.“

“I was looking for some tasty fried rice. I read the reviews and I ordered chicken fried rice for myself and jumbo shrimp fried rice for my husband. Our rice dishes were delicious!! I'm so glad that I decided to order! We also got egg rolls that were more like spring rolls. They were yummy too! The customer service was friendly and welcoming. I will most definitely be ordering again to try other menu items 😋“

“Pleased to see an authentic Thai restaurant here. They have diverse dishes that take risks with Thai spice-level and ingredients like strong Thai fish sauce. While the spice was not spicy enough, it was still delicious. I won't order often (I am from NJ) but when I am in the area, this is my new go-to in the Rosemont vicinity.“

“The decor was austere and very zen. There service was prompt and attentive. Serene music. The food was excellent and you can have your spice level. The spring rolls were fresh with sweet and sour sauce and vegetables crispy, tofu satay crispy on the outside with delicious peanut sauce. My Massaman Curry with peanuts was creamy with potatoes cooked firm, not mushy. My friends had Panang, which they equally enjoyed. We shared 3 desserts: Mango sticky rice (mango was over ripe), Coconut ice cream (lacked coconutty flavor) and the Custard, which was overly eggy and if you're not into sweets, its perfect. Overall prices were reasonable. Definitely a recommend. Parking was doable.“

“Absolutely wonderful, some of the best and affordable Vietnamese food in Chicago! Service was super friendly, a person in our group has an allergy to green onion. The staff went out of their way to redo the food and even come out to apologize! No one even does that?! The food had amazing flavors and while I wish the Bun Cha Ha Noi was served in a bowl with the fish sauce broth, the flavors were excellent. Atmosphere, feels like I’m in Vietnam with my chill RnB playlist (Malcom Todd, Daniel Caeser, Bruno Mars), doesn’t get much better than that. Could not recommend this place enough! The 5pm opening time is not to be mistaken! Also, if you come order the Bo Ne, Bo La Lot, or the Pho Seafood. Truly a wonder deep in the heart of the Chicago.“

“I ordered the khao soi chicken and was really impressed. The broth is creamy and richly spiced with curry and coconut, and it tastes authentically prepared. The dish comes with one piece of chicken, and while the portion is reasonable, I’d recommend ordering a large if you have a bigger appetite. The flavors are excellent and definitely worth a try. I’m also curious about their boat noodle, which unfortunately wasn’t available during my visit due to their rotating menu, so I’ll definitely be coming back to try it next time.“

“The menu is small but if you are not familiar with Taiwanese flavor profiles (nobody at our table was), it could be difficult to decide what to try. Fortunately the staff is wonderful and patient and very helpful. We had a terrific server, Max, who was very fun and gave us a lot of information then made recommendations that were spot-on. We really enjoyed our meal and the whole dining experience, and will certainly come back to try other dishes.“
