“I went here yesterday. While they do offer Korean tabletop BBQ, I decided to get the Ganjang Gejang (soy sauce marinated crab). It was a little spicy, but the crab was huge and absolutely delicious. Hands down the best Ganjang Gejang in Chicago!“

“Now one of my favorite restaurants! My friend and I came in for dinner, and everything was amazing! The atmosphere was so inviting and warm, the food was fresh and tasty, the complementary tea was super delicious, and the owner/chef/waitress was so kind and an absolute gem!
I had the beef bento box, and it was hot and fresh and extremely good. There is so much food you get in each of the bentos! My friend had the chicken katsu dinner and it was the best katsu we've ever had.
Absolute recommend to anyone wanting some comforting Japanese food.“

“Lots of open tables. Tables felt a bit sticky but service was good. Only odd thing was they didn’t like to wrap leftovers as they didn’t have any “small” boxes. Appetizers were pricey. Bowls were big and oversized for the amount of noodles in the dish. Flavors were good and more unique place in the area. Did appreciate that there was a balance of spicy and non spicy options. Also had the option to list allergies. Only bad thing was everything was ordered on the app so no good pictures of the various items.“

“My friend and I dropped into this Korean restaurant on the weekend, and we had no trouble getting seating. We were served pretty quickly, and I ordered a Beef Bulgogi Hot Pot. It came with a side of rice, and there were also those clear noodles in the soup itself. It came out on one of those heated bowls, so the broth stayed hot for quite a while. The flavor was amazing, with the beef, some tofu, and other ingredients blending really well.“

I have been coming here since I was a kid and I always appreciate the kindness of the staff, the quality of the food, the efficiency and speed of ordering, and the affordability especially in times where eating out is getting more and more expensive. “Great little spot! The food was fresh, hot, and really flavorful. We tried the dumplings and ramen, and everything tasted homemade and well prepared. Portions were good, service was friendly, and the place had a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth coming back to try more from the menu.“
