“I have been in this restaurant for more than 4 times. I highly recommend it. There are a lot of parking. Once you come in; you are greeted with a warm greeting and and enthusiastic smule by the host or owner. The servers are very accommodating , friendly and helpful. They check on their customers for whatever they need until your meal is done. The busboys are hardworking and any requests will be granted right away. The food/dishes are cooked just the way you requests. Their steaks and eggs are up to par. The prices are decently priced. For what they serve you, good amounts of food. Well worth it. Freshness and presentations of foods are stupendous! Never did I have any complaints the way the place is ran. Very clean. Wide open. Eventhough i live far. I kept going back and i know when i leave, my tummy is full, content and some take home left overs. Check their menu. Check the big breakfast meal. You can't go wrong with their reasonable prices. “I love this place. We eat here at least 3xs a month. Everything is amazing! My favorite is the Tri Tip or Pulled Pork. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Its a bit expensive but the quality is top notch. Shakes are really good too!“

We tried Chennai Central's Thursday Chaat & Dosa Buffet Launch, and it was an exceptional experience! The event drew a huge crowd, but the efficient service ensured that everyone had a great time. The ambiance of the dining room was also noteworthy, with nicely designed partitions that provided a sense of privacy, making it comfortable for guests to enjoy their meals without feeling crowded. The food spread was truly impressive, with a wide variety of dishes that were fresh, authentic, and flavorful, all served piping hot. The highlight of our meal was the freshly steamed idlis, which were soft and fluffy. Our server, Sai, politely informed us about the batch, and it was a treat to enjoy them straight from the steamer. This attention to detail reminded me of my family's restaurant, where my dad would famously say, "Idlis are never sitting around waiting for customers; instead, our customers patiently wait for fresh idlis steamed to order!" The food was exceptional, with standout dishes like the Masala Dosa served with three delicious chutneys that burst with authentic, bold flavors. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the personal touch from Chef Divakar and Chef Ramesh, who made rounds through the dining area to ensure everyone was enjoying their meal. They even took the time to share tips on how to properly enjoy their famous layered Parottas with Korma gravy, the authentic way – by generously smothering the Korma onto the Parottas and letting the rich flavors soak in before digging in, a delightful touch! We discovered that this is a chef-owned and operated restaurant, and it's clear that their passion for authentic South Indian cuisine shines through in every dish they serve. “Oh my goodness. The best BBQ we have had in Illinois. We have traveled to Tennessee, Missouri, Chicago and all over the Chicago suburbs and this place takes the cake. (Peg leg in Nashville still is the over all best we’ve had) We happened upon Porkey’s after our Chicago plans fell through. Wow!!!!!!!!!! We had several plates of meat, a kids meal, sides, and dessert and our bill was less than $50. The staff were friendly, attentive and they offered great suggestions. I was so satisfied with our whole experience. From beginning to end a great flipping meal. They also had the bears pre season game on. Everything was so tasty. I will say this… and it may be fighting words, but their lumpia were better than stix and noodles. We had brisket sandwich, 1/2 lb of pulled pork, chicken fingers, a bao bun, brisket lumpia and bread pudding. On sundays they also have apple cider donuts so yeah we had those too! 5 stars from beginning to end.“

Our guests were blown away by the friendly service, amazing food and adorable, kitschy setting. As a couple that loves all things vintage, this was the PERFECT way to round-off our wedding weekend. “I had such a wonderful experience at this bakery! I tried four different cake slices: mango, red velvet, chocolate, and tiramisu, and every single one was delicious. The mango slice was fresh and flavorful, the red velvet was soft and perfectly sweet, the chocolate cake was rich and decadent, and the tiramisu was absolutely amazing.

The lovely lady at the counter was very kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The bakery itself was very clean, cozy, and welcoming.

“We went to Mago in Barrington last night for the first time and were blown away. They were very busy so we sat at the bar. Service was fast and friendly. Food was terrific and the menu features things you won’t find at your standard Mexican restaurant like three choices of mole. Tableside guacamole is absolutely lovely. I have to say, though, what made our experience was watching the magnificent bartender. His efficiency, speed, and obvious dedication to what he was doing was just a marvel. He never stopped moving! We will definitely be back as every aspect of our experience was very enjoyable.“

They are the most consistent in Pizza building and delivery! I have never received a bad pizza!!! They offer thin crust and double decker pizza, not to be confused with deep dish.... A double decker is 2 pizzas..... One on top of the other... You don't know what you're missing if you haven't tried one yet. The delivery people are always timely, courteous, and friendly... “Went to Yakitori Toritetsu inside Mitsuwa Marketplace, The setup honestly caught my attention right away. It looks like one of those little street grill spots you’d see in Japan. Small counter, grill going, smell of meat in the air… yeah, that smell pulls you in fast. No line when I got there. Staff was friendly but very straight to the point. Order, grill, done. Food came out quick.

It’s basically meat on a stick. The grill gives the meat this nice char on the outside, slightly smoky, and the inside stays juicy. The chicken I had was really tender, soft bite, not dry at all. Each piece had that salty grilled flavor that hits right away, then the smoky taste follows after. Hard to explain but it’s really satisfying.

I did think it could use just a little more seasoning or maybe a stronger glaze… but honestly the simple salt worked. It lets the chicken flavor come through more.

Simple food. Skewers, grill, done right. Sometimes that’s all you need.“
