Santouka Ramen inside Mitsuwa is genuinely the best ramen I’ve ever had. The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, the noodles are excellent, and everything comes together in a way that makes it hard to order ramen anywhere else without comparing it to this place.
What really sold me was that my girlfriend has actually been to Japan, and even she said Santouka was comparable to the ramen she had there. That says a lot.
