The best sushi I have ever had. Servers were so sweet and attentive, place was super clean and relaxing. Absolute bang for your buck. We got two plates of sushi rolls, a plate of teriyaki chicken (that came with rice and miso soup), and crab rangoon all for only $43, and it was DELICIOUS! The food came out much quicker than expected, and they also drew super cute pictures with umami sauce next to the sushi rolls :) everything about this experience was perfect
Super clean front f the house. No nonsense. Great menu, very diversified. I ordered the Spicy Miso soup, it was perfect, and the Thai Basil fried rice with chicken. The portion size was huge, enough for two people and the flavor was spot on. I have seen this restaurant for some time and never thought of going it. They do a lot of take out business during lunch which made finding a table a breeze. Don't pass Jaiyen up. You will be very happy there. The presentation of the food...read full review

So far this is my favorite sushi place in Chicago. The food is phenomenal and reasonably priced. The service is fantastic as well.One small thing: every now and then I’ll get a plate with some very pretty artwork on it made from the sauce. I don’t always get it, but I really appreciate whoever is taking the time to make it!
