I do not take the word “perfection” lightly. Yet, I mean it when I say that Shang Noodle is the embodiment of perfection in Chicago. Not just Chicago, this may very well be one of the finest meals I have ever eaten in the entire world. The staff were warm and inviting, service was incredible.
