“best sushi in the chicagoland area for me! this little stall inside Hmart Niles’ food court is such a hidden gem. my husband and i actually come here once a week now, it’s officially become our comfort-food spot. i’m not a raw-sushi person at all, but they have amazing cooked options. i'm obsessed with the salmon yaki roll. seriously, it’s that good, always fresh and consistent.

we chatted with the owner once, and he told us he even makes the wasabi from scratch. the wasabi alone deserves an award, so flavorful, not the harsh store-bought kind. the owner is almost always there, making the sushi himself and running things with such a friendly vibe. he truly deserves recognition. this is literally the only sushi my stomach can tolerate, so that says a lot.

and it’s not just the sushi. their entrées are unforgettable too. my husband swears by the chicken katsu: crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the portion/price is super fair.

Also came with vegetable egg rolls, vegetable fried rice, sushi, dumplings. I thought the rest of the food was just ok but I'd be willing to go back to try food specifically that I prefer and could order. It's byob but he supplies ice and there is liquor on site. This is by far one of our FAVORITE lunch/dinner spots to go to. The food is so flavorful, healthy, and abundant. The service is very attentive. There are some days where it may be slower because they are busy, but it’s a small location with only a few servers so give them grace if that’s happens with you. I brought a party of 12 one time which took basically a quarter of their restaurant on a busy night. Anyway, I’ve brought a majority of my family members here and they all love it!! You not only leave full and happy, but you feel energized rather than groggy/lethargic like other places. Will not stop going to, bringing people to, and recommending this spot ever. Wishing lots of prosperity and business to them.“

“Walked in roughly around 8pm, was instantly seated, my server was named Chuy, hands down the best server I’ve ever had. He asked us everything that we wanted instantly brought out our drinks and side courses while we waited on our entrees, made sure everything in our table was full. Treated us with so much respect and allowed us to eat without bothering our conversations. Above and beyond worker, made us feel comfortable and we truly enjoyed our meal because of the excellent service.
