I travel a lot to many hospitals across the US. Today I met a wonderful employee at Panera, Debra (Debbie). She went out of her way to make sure the facility was clean and all her customers were taken care of and happy. I don't see this in many places, but Debbie did an amazing job! Panera is lucky to have her! Keep up the great work Debbie! Thank you!
It would be nice if there was a sign outside the hospital. We almost left when GPS took us to a hospital. Maybe change description to include that it is inside hospital.

However, staff friendliness varies, and there have been instances of full trash cans and uncleaned tables. Despite this, the staff is generally efficient, and there is a smaller kiosk near the ER that offers early morning coffee. A particularly friendly and helpful lady at the kiosk greatly enhanced the experience. It is recommended to note the restaurant's location inside the hospital and be aware of potential wait times during busy periods.
