Based on the reviews, Flambé India is a great place to enjoy good Indian cuisine. The staff are kind and give impeccable recommendations and service. The restaurant has the BEST Butter Chicken, and the Veggie Pakora is also a favorite. The Nan bread and goat dish are excellent. The food has been consistently good for dine in or take away. However, the place can be very congested with little space to move, and tables are too small. The hosts are very uptight and never smile. Weekend dinner needs a reservation, and the food quality is much better during weekdays. The lunch platter during weekdays is awesome. Service is quick and fast. This place is special and is by far the best around.
