I’ve been meaning to leave this review for some time but a lady named Inez who works here single handed sets this location apart. She greets everyone with a smile, remembers all the regulars and their orders, and overall just exudes such a positive energy. Inez is an absolute gem and Panera is lucky to have her. I am sure she’d uplift any place she works the same way. Other than that this Panera is also cleaner than the average and has a nice patio.

There was a new gentleman behind the counter today serving food, and I was particularly impressed with his high level of customer service. He even communicated calmly and professionally towards another customer that they ran out of broccoli cheddar soup and offered reasonable alternatives. I didn't have the chance to personally recognize him or get his name, so here is my shout out to that employee!
