This is the best place to go for a birthday celebration. Everyone is very nice that works there and the food is exceptional.

Morton's The Steakhouse in Northbrook is known for its great food, especially the steaks and sides. The staff is friendly, with attentive service. Customers feel welcome and well-cared for, from the waiter to the manager. The manager helps with wine selections and the menu, going around the room to ensure everything is wonderful. The atmosphere is comfortable and nice, and the service is very good. The Shrimp salad on the happy hour menu is a true delight, with substantial shrimp and crisp lettuce. The filet mignon sliders were small yet satisfying, and the key lime pie was delicious. Customers have enjoyed Cajun ribeyes and asparagus. The steak was great, but the lamb chops were excellent. Steaks are done perfectly, very tender and juicy. Salads are excellent, and the button mushrooms are a good side with steak. The asparagus side was tasteless. The apple pie and ice cream had crunchy apples. There is a superior chocolate lava cake.
