I hate receiving the appetizer and the entree at the same time, very pleased that didn't happen. The food came out within about 10 minutes and we had 3 entrees and it was so hot and fresh. Aimos was on top of refills and checking in on us accommodating accordingly. Very pleasant and relaxing visit. Will definitely come back. I got the Orange Chicken with white rice. It is a sit down restaurant with a lot of parking.“

Water was never refilled until we were through eating. When first ordering our wine we had problems. I will continue to eat here and hopefully this is a one time occurrence.“

“I went to dinner here with friends last night. I used to live in The Glen, and since I still live only about ten minutes away, I have been coming here regularly for more than ten years.
Everything was great, but the ribeye I ordered medium came out well-done. I sent it back, and the manager, Kaitlyn, came over, apologized, and had it remade. Unfortunately, the second steak was also not cooked to the correct temperature. I honestly felt bad and was willing to just eat it, even though it was not my fault, but Kaitlyn insisted on having it made again correctly.
I was truly impressed by the service. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a restaurant responds and makes an effort to take care of its guests. Kaitlyn handled the situation professionally and genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied.
A special thank-you to Kaitlyn and our server, Sara, for their outstanding service. I have been coming here for over ten years, but I do not think I have ever been this impressed by the level of care and hospitality. Truly excellent service.“

“We drove from Genoa City Wisconsin because we heard how delicious everything was. We were NOT disappointed. The meat on our sandwiches, one corned beef and one pastrami, was piled high! Homemade brined pickles and bakery items exceeded our expectations. Worth the drive and we will be back.“

They are the most delicious fresh fruit tarts and have become a special part of milestone celebrations. Every time we serve these they disappear and our guests rave about how good they were. Mark Salmon enthusiastically and creatively arranged for my friend and I to dine outside (our request), despite the rain. We stayed dry under umbrellas and thanks to Sandra, our amazing waitress, we celebrated my birthday with fine food (impressive menu choices and food presentation) and great company! It was my first time dining at 501 Local and this restaurant met and exceeded my high standards in every way! It is a hidden gem and our new fav restaurant. Highly recommend!!“
