“Our server was very attentive. We always love coming here for lunch. One of the bus boys spilled a glass of water on me. He did not handle it great and barely apologized. The maitre d saw what happened and right away asked if we were ok and offered to comp our lunch, seeing how I was pretty drenched. It was super nice and exactly how I would have expected it handled. She was great. I know accidents happen but it was just too bad the bus boy didn't seem apologetic. We will of course be returning!“
“If there was an option for 6 stars I would give that for many reasons! First and foremost, they were great with allergies (dairy, egg, and gluten). The service was fast, food was AMAZING, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was pretty awesome. Someone previously said she was intimidated by the lizard paintings but I loved them, lol. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! Thanks so much for making my birthday the best.“
“The service, food product and preparation were all excellent as usual. On a Tuesday night at 7pm, there were only 3 other diners in the entire dining room, which was a bit eerie. Hopefully, the lack of diners was an exception, rather than business as usual.“
“I ordered an open-faced, roast turkey dinner. The stuffing was AMAZING, the mashed potatoes and gravy like home-made, and the turkey was tender and delicious. The best hot turkey (and stuffing) I've had. The Pick-up wait on a Friday night was 45 minutes! There was a guy in a hat meeting pick-up customers almost yelling, 'the foods not up yet. ' We all looked at each other, but good was outstanding.“
“Visited this PBK location for the first time today. It was pristine and bright inside. All three of the staff members were equally cheery and kind. Maddie, in particular, was phenomenal!! She helped customize my order and with genuine joy, too! Will be returning for sure!!!“
