P.F. Chang's is a well-known Chinese restaurant that offers a diverse menu and attentive service. Customers consistently enjoy the restaurant's signature dishes, such as the Chang's spicy chicken, honey shrimp, and crispy chili garlic green beans. The portions are generous, and the food is delivered hot from the kitchen. The ambiance is pleasant, with comfortable seating and a clear view of the surrounding environment.
The restaurant offers an expanded menu with a wide range of gluten-free entrees and appetizers, which is highly valued by diners with specific dietary needs. Service quality generally matches the high standard of food, although some customers have experienced difficulties with rewards and billing, requiring extra effort to resolve issues.
Customers praise the restaurant's service, with one reviewer noting that their server, despite having a large portion of the restaurant, was able to take care of everyone with a smile and in a timely manner. Another reviewer, however, mentioned that they had to wait to be seated and for a server, and that the food came out staggered. Additionally, one customer mentioned that the Mongolian Beef meat was tougher than the frozen supermarket version, and that the loud hip-hop music detracted from the experience.
Overall, P.F. Chang's remains a reliable choice for both dine-in and delivery, making it a favorite among local diners.
