“We had a wonderful dinner at Prairie Grass Cafe. The spring rolls were loaded with delicious perfectly cooked shrimp and the accompanying sauce (sweet chili with garlic and cilantro) plays nicely with them. The flounder with roasted carrots and parsnip-potato purée was as delicious as it looks. It was generously portioned and beautifully plated. We also enjoyed the mussels with parsley, shallots, and breadcrumbs pasta. My husband is Sicilian and it reminded us of the pasta con le sarde that we love to have in Sicily. The mussels were plump and delicious. The wine list is very nice. We found wines we really enjoyed and they were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the Attems, Pinot Grigio, Friuli, Italy ‘22 with our mussels and flounder, and the Fritz Haag, Riesling, Germany ‘21 with our pumpkin pie for dessert. Service was perfect.“

“Great menu and the meals always meet expectations. Some very nice specials for lunch, happy hour and when using rewards via frequent customer program. On great weather days, the outdoor seating is a great option. On cold miserable days, the bar area has a huge fireplace to keep you comfortable. The wait staff has always been top notch, attentive and friendly. Yes, you can bring your well behaved dog out on the patio and they even have a few menu options to satisfy their appetites. Parking can be a bit tight in the strip mall, so don't be discouraged if you need to park a little bit away from the restaurant. I will be back again in the very near future.“

“I would go here again and again. Food quality is excellent. What can I say about NICK the manager. Outstanding manager. He listens to customer. Make sure we leave place very happy. If you complain about food, he will replace immediately without any questions asked. He makes sure that all the customers are very happy. We order a corn soup, my wife thought it was not spiced up enough. She asked waiter to spiced up. Manager came and told her that this is the way it comes and cannot spice up. He replaced her with another type of soup and did not even charge us for that. Great place to go for diner with family and friends.“

“I've had dinner here 5 times and each time it is amazing. The food is authentic Korean. I love getting all the extra tiny dishes that come before your meal. The staff is very welcoming. I highly reccommend if you want to try an authentic Korean restaurant for the first time.“

“I usually wait a day or two before reviewing a place. But I have to say this place is doing it right ! Walked in on a Monday early evening, and surprisingly it was bumpin’. Ordered the throwback Cheeseburger, served with crisp light steak fries, and a classic dill pickle strip. Everyone was watching the Sox game, the dining room was busy and the outside patio is a great place to chill and watch the outdoor tv. Great spot for weeknight drinks and cozy evenings with friends and co-workers.“

“Everything about my visit was great, clean establishment and excellent food, our server was attentive with Table touches to ensure I was being served. The chilaquiles are amazing, Tortilla chips taste fresh with the right amount of salt. I ordered the Huaraches (one chicharron and one al pastor) Al pastor was nicely seasoned and Shoer delicious. They have desserts and a good selection of Mexican cola and (beer 21+)“

“This restaurant has the best rose tteokbokki I've ever had! The bulgogi and ramen are also delicious! The staff is very patient and will guide you through your menu selections. If you don't like your food too spicy, they will also adjust it to your liking. Very cute spot. Wonderful for date night.“

“Finally tried The Claim Company in Northbrook last night and omg… that Motherlode burger is no joke 🤤🍔. Juicy, messy, and absolutely worth it. Fries were crispy perfection too. Such a fun, laid-back spot to hang out with friends. Totally coming back! 🙌✨“

“One of many pizza joints that I made a list of wanting to try at least 2 years prior but I finally made it in this past March and was quite pleased with the quality of food here.

We just got done roaming around Northbrook Court and our typical outing when I'm off work is dinner away from the mall then dessert for the boys.

The food overall is pretty good here and obviously the pizza is the highlight, we went with NY style XL pizza and we liked it. The menu overall has some familiar Italian bites at reasonable prices.

Good food, clean dining area and friendly service in a cozy setting, would definitely return if ever in the area. We live pretty far north in Beach Park in northeastern Lake Co but a high number of wknds we usually end up somewhere in northern Cook Co.

“My daughter had her wedding at this venue on 8/4/25. From the point of discussing the space, to reviewing the contract, to discussing options, to answering ALL of our questions, to the tasting, to the day of, our event coordinator (not sure that's her specific title) Amanda was nothing short of stellar. She was patient, thorough, and accommodating ensuring that my daughter was comfortable in a very important time of her life. Our event captain (again not sure of her title) Kylie also was amazing -- handling each of our requests quickly and pleasantly. These two ladies are an asset to your company & should be commended for their fantastic work ethic. All the event staff from the bartenders, to servers, to bus boys were pleasant and efficient. The food was delicious as well. Our event was amazing & memorable largely due to the associates we interacted with.“

“I hadn’t been to Ruth’s Chris since they closed the downtown Chicago location, so I was excited to make my way back! We made a reservation for this location, and the 3 for $60 deal was definitely calling our name. 👀

Parking was easy with plenty of spots available, and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Our server, Raymell, was the best! Polite, attentive, and provided great customer service from start to finish.

Everything we ordered was delicious, from the bread and stuffed mushrooms to the stuffed chicken. We also had the creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, and of course, the classic cheesecake to finish things off. Everything hit the spot!

“This place is under new ownership and there specialty is spicy bean sprouts with eel and it's very good large portions and also squid with thinly sliced beef in a spicy sauce sautéed but the interior needs a face lift but over all a good new restaurant you got to try will be back again“
