Love this place. Very fresh sushi!
This places serves, without question, the best sushi I have ever had. Considering how much sushi I have tried, I would think that Fujiyama has to be one of the best Sushi restaurants in the country. Owned and operated by husband and wife team, Irene (Waitress) and Paul (Chef), this place is a true gem. Paul's focus behind the sushi counter and Irene's attention to customers puts this place in a league of its own. I am honored to be one of Fujiyama's valued customers.
The fish is fresh and the preparation and presentation is amazing! This little hole in the wall in a strip mall is delicious! I wish they would open up their patio so the restaurant didn’t look closed, but this is quickly becoming my favorite go to lunch spot during the work day ☺️
