13 Best Pizza Restaurants in Northbrook

“Good thin crust and good ingredients, cooked perfect“

“The atmosphere was great, and the staff is great. Although the pizza was tasty it was over cooked/done. This was our first time at this Barnaby's location, but we'll give it another try in a couple of weeks. Next Barnaby's in Arlington Heights.“

“Best pizza in town.“

“My wife has been ordering her solo pizza from here for years. I never quite understood it. Then I found out that they had vegan cheese. I am now a devout Sarpinos addict. Their crust is tasty, crispy and somehow soft all at once. Their toppings are fresh and tasty. Delivery is super fast AND hot. There simply is NO better pizza in the Chicago area.“

“Excellent service, amazing food. Gelato is incredible! :) Very nice people there, too! Will definitely return!“

“Fantastic addition to Northbrook…dine in or carry out, food is consistently delicious!“

“amazing food and awesome staff!!“

“One of many pizza joints that I made a list of wanting to try at least 2 years prior but I finally made it in this past March and was quite pleased with the quality of food here.

We just got done roaming around Northbrook Court and our typical outing when I'm off work is dinner away from the mall then dessert for the boys.

The food overall is pretty good here and obviously the pizza is the highlight, we went with NY style XL pizza and we liked it. The menu overall has some familiar Italian bites at reasonable prices.

Good food, clean dining area and friendly service in a cozy setting, would definitely return if ever in the area. We live pretty far north in Beach Park in northeastern Lake Co but a high number of wknds we usually end up somewhere in northern Cook Co.

I always strive to support local and hope for years of continued boomin' business for the owner(s).🍕“

“Francesco's Hole in the Wall is one of those restaurants that reminds you what dining out used to feel like. Every dish is made with care. Nothing is over-seasoned or trying too hard. Everything is balanced. The pasta tastes fresh and homemade, cooked perfectly every time. The tomatoes taste like tomatoes, the herbs are fresh, and every dish feels light instead of weighing you down.

The atmosphere isn't fancy, and that's exactly why it works. It feels like stepping back in time. They somehow fit what feels like 60 people into a space that's about 25 by 25 feet. The tables are small, everyone's close together, and somehow it all works. There isn't a menu at your table either. You walk over to a giant handwritten board, take a picture with your phone, and order from that. It's part of the experience.

The service is what really impressed me. It feels like everyone has worked there forever. The owner is there, watching everything, and the staff runs like a well-oiled machine. Plates disappear as soon as you're finished, silverware is replaced without asking, food comes out quickly, and they somehow keep all those small tables organized without making you feel rushed or cramped.

This is a great place for a birthday, anniversary, or just a really good Italian meal. They don't take reservations, so you have to decide if you're willing to wait. After eating here, the answer is easy. Absolutely. I'd wait every time.“

“3.99 pizza and soda lunch special is fire. For a reason their pizza tastes better than most locations.“

“We had two pizzas from the Northbrook location - large deep dish with sausage pieces and onions and a large thin crust with sausage. These were two of the best pizzas we’ve enjoyed- fresh and delicious! Appreciate the friendly service and excellent quality of the food.“

“I hadplaced an online order at the Glenview location on 7/27/2026 for 4:00PM Pickup. There have been massive storms all over and the location was closed with no power. (Not their fault) The closest location was Northbrook up Waukegan road. I called them en route to order 15 large pizzas. They gave me the online deal and had me out the door by 4:30. I was able to get the food to my daughter and her team back in Wilmette by 4:45. They saved my butt big time. Thank goodness I ordered for pick up and not delivery or the girls would never have gotten the pizza. Thank you Northbrook, IL Dominoo's“
