“It started as innocent fun in Highschool, "Here, try this" a friend said cheerfully handing me a piece of broasted chicken. "Just try it" he said, I wanted to fit in with the cool kids so I took that first bite. At first I thought I'd just have some for special occasions, but then I found myself eating it alone. Here I am years later, hundreds if not thousands spent. Sometimes I wake up in a daze, that empty box sitting next to me, full of bones. I'm sweating because it's Sunday night, "I gotta get two boxes cus they're closed tomorrow" I think to myself. I shuffle in to the shop, they know my order. "10 piece broasted chicken box?" They know. The cycle continues. This is the tale of the famous broasted chicken.“

Cook to order from menu pizza, Awesome wings, They do charge for their sauces though. We came late night and they even brought it to our car after we paid!!! Now that service!

“We had my sons second birthday party here and I would highly recommend to anyone who has enjoyed eating at Morettis. The catering and management team were very responsive, flexible, and excited for host our event. We had about 50 people and the staff was outstanding. Everyone loved the food. I would host again at Morettis!!!“

“As soon as you walk in the door you realize that it’s not a bar - it’s a comfortable shoe, a true neighborhood joint that is congenial and friendly. Love the signs such as Hamns Beer $ 3 every day and Chicago sports photos on the walls; excellent tavern style pizza ! Love the history behind the building It’s a classic that reminds of the bars in my hood on the Southside of Chicago“

“We're from out of town and stopped in for dinner after visiting a nearby museum and our pizza was delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and took excellent care of us. Cannoli we're great as well. We're over an hour away, but we will be back!“
