We stumbled upon an incredible pizza company at Off Color Brewing. Four large squares of pizza, mix and match, boasting a variety of flavors that left us super impressed. As newcomers to the area from the Pacific Northwest, we've been eager to explore different styles of pizza, including deep dish and more. When I want pizza this is where I go. More and more I want to eat at home. This is the way to go.Plus. The crust is magnificent. I love this Detroit Style pizza. It’s the closest I can get to a pizza I love in NYC here in Chicago.Pizza. Such a fun food item and so varied.

I haven't had a lot of Detroit style pizza before and discovered this small business operation being showcased at a local brewery. This was truly some of the best pizza I’ve ever had and our whole table agreed. We will definitely be repeat take out customers soon.
