Have ordered/dined in here a half dozen times. The pizza is delicious, and ambiance is great! Coalfire staff went above and beyond tonight, though. My delivery order came without salad dressing, and when I called them they sent a driver over with a new salad, extra salad dressing, and a bonus dessert item. Excellent customer service, they really earn your business!! Thank you!!
Great spot for Napoleon style fire roasted pizza! I especially recommend the pepperoni and whipped ricotta! They come out quickly like in 5-7 mins so I would suggest starting with 1 before you over order, because there are so many great options! We also tried the Burrato special with spiced honey and roasted pine nuts. Service was very good for a Sunday evening, and the restaurant is not super loud! We recently had dinner at Coalfire on Grand Ave. in West Town and really enjoyed their coal oven baked pizza. We dined early on a weekend evening so no problem with grabbing a table on a walk in basis. Opening hours are Indoor environs were urban modern with tables spaced nicely.
