“Great menu and the meals always meet expectations. Some very nice specials for lunch, happy hour and when using rewards via frequent customer program. On great weather days, the outdoor seating is a great option. On cold miserable days, the bar area has a huge fireplace to keep you comfortable. The wait staff has always been top notch, attentive and friendly. Yes, you can bring your well behaved dog out on the patio and they even have a few menu options to satisfy their appetites. Parking can be a bit tight in the strip mall, so don't be discouraged if you need to park a little bit away from the restaurant. I will be back again in the very near future.“

“We had Brittany serving our table of 5. They went above and beyond for our bachlorette party. Small Details made a huge difference. Bride had a white napkin when the maids had black. Hearts on the table. Free glass of their Dole and dessert. And when we asked for recommendations on where to go after dinner, the whole service team put together a list for us. Brittany was our waitress and she was so kind and friendly. Excellent service from her. Had multiple other workers coming to congratulate the bride. Food was very very good. Appetizer was even plated for us at the table.“

“We had a wonderful dinner at Prairie Grass Cafe. The spring rolls were loaded with delicious perfectly cooked shrimp and the accompanying sauce (sweet chili with garlic and cilantro) plays nicely with them. The flounder with roasted carrots and parsnip-potato purée was as delicious as it looks. It was generously portioned and beautifully plated. We also enjoyed the mussels with parsley, shallots, and breadcrumbs pasta. My husband is Sicilian and it reminded us of the pasta con le sarde that we love to have in Sicily. The mussels were plump and delicious. The wine list is very nice. We found wines we really enjoyed and they were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the Attems, Pinot Grigio, Friuli, Italy ‘22 with our mussels and flounder, and the Fritz Haag, Riesling, Germany ‘21 with our pumpkin pie for dessert. Service was perfect.“

Once you come in; you are greeted with a warm greeting and and enthusiastic smule by the host or owner. The servers are very accommodating , friendly and helpful. They check on their customers for whatever they need until your meal is done. The busboys are hardworking and any requests will be granted right away. The food/dishes are cooked just the way you requests. Their steaks and eggs are up to par. The prices are decently priced. For what they serve you, good amounts of food. Well worth it. The highlight of our meal was the freshly steamed idlis, which were soft and fluffy. Our server, Sai, politely informed us about the batch, and it was a treat to enjoy them straight from the steamer. This attention to detail reminded me of my family's restaurant, where my dad would famously say, "Idlis are never sitting around waiting for customers; instead, our customers patiently wait for fresh idlis steamed to order!" They even took the time to share tips on how to properly enjoy their famous layered Parottas with Korma gravy, the authentic way – by generously smothering the Korma onto the Parottas and letting the rich flavors soak in before digging in, a delightful touch!
