“We visited for Sunday brunch around 11 a.m., and the restaurant was packed, so we had about a 45-minute wait before being seated. Despite the crowd, the staff kept things moving, and once we got our table, the service was friendly and attentive.

Our food arrived hot and fresh, and everything was made with quality ingredients. The omelets were flavorful, the veggie skillet was hearty and delicious, the pancakes were soft, fluffy, and perfectly cooked, and the waffle was crisp on the outside while remaining light and tasty. “Anam Cara Cafe was the perfect location for our family reunion on Black Friday! We were able to reserve a private room, so the little ones had free range to run around and not bother other patrons and the adults could comfortably hear each other and catch up. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, from setting up the reservation to not rushing us out at the end of our gathering. They gave us great and attentive service without hovering and interrupting our conversations. Food was excellent and served promptly. Would definitely recommend! We're already talking about meeting there again when the Wisconsin and Chicago sides of the family meet up the next time.“

Not to mention, the parking lot was full but there is 30 minute and 2 hour parking a short walk away, so don’t get discouraged if you’re driving here! The espresso has an original flavor and the sandwich was simple with light ingredients but was also very tasty. Husband had a ‘skillet’ breakfast and I had the granola/berry French toast. We left very little food and we didn’t need much to eat afterwards.
