Dined here again for second time in two weeks, after not returning since shortly after they opened. Can't figure out why we haven't been back for so long. Food and service was very good, so much so that we'll be returning soon.
We met our son at Praire Grass for a birthday dinner on a Sunday night and it was lovely. We appreciate that the owners of the restaurant installed ultra violet virus killing light into their ventilation system during the pandemic to help keep their customers healthy. So few businesses have bothered to improve their ventilation to protect their customers, and ventilation is critical to reducing the spread of airborne diseases of all kinds. While the food is excellent and locally sourced, the prices are high. It's an a la carte menu. They even charge for bread. Soups are $8, salads $15+ and they're not entree size. I suggest sharing entrees to save money and enjoy the food.
