It has been a while since I have been here but I do not understand the 3% surcharge! You claim it is to offset the rising costs aka inflation. It used to be that restaurants would just raise their prices to offset inflation. And considering that your corned beef and cabbage dinners were double the price at Finn McCools, who’s to say you don’t do that plus try to sneak a 3% surcharge on to the bill hoping customers don’t notice. The overall experience is pleasant, with a great server. Customers praise the fabulous service and staff, as well as the delicious food options like halibut, steak, calamari, French onion soup, Wellington, Branzino, and Gratin potatoes. The restaurant also has a nice wine selection. Diners are highly satisfied and recommend visiting Wildfire, whether you want steak or something else. Food tastes great, and the service people never keep you waiting but don't hover. The noise level was low enough for a book discussion. Salmon and filet entrees were top notch. Mushroom crusted pork chops were perfectly cooked, juicy, with roasted vegis excellent and flavorful. Service was fast and attentive, and the overall place had a nice feel and vibe.
