this little bake shop is quite a gem , just off the Metra UP North line. the Canadian bacon, egg and cheese danish is a buttery delight.

Beth's is by far my favorite bakery in Evanston and my go-to place for croissants and scones. I'm always taking their pastries to different events and they're always a hit!
