“We went to the Batavia location. The employees were so nice! Today was our second time coming last time I just grabbed a regular grilled cheese we came back today with my wife and son they asked if we got a punch card last time I said no he gave us one and punched it for our previous visit also! I didn’t even ask for that the guy working just did it! He was very nice to my son also asked if he had teeth (my sons under 2) and I said yes why and he gave him a couple apple slices free of charge while we waited for our takeout! We’ll definitely be coming back! Food was great too!“

“Each table seats 4. We dined in. They have take out as well. We were greeted right away by a friendly wait staff who helped us with some recommendations along with taking our order. everything we ordered was great I had the black garlic pork on the first page of the menu, one of the children had plain ramen with chicken broth and the other had a chicken ramen bowl. We all tried each others and we all agreed our own bowl was the best but they all were good. You can either make your own, à la carte and choose your ingredients or you can choose from pre-made with pictures which we did because it was our first time. we didn't have room for appetizers, but we will definitely be back to try them because they all look amazing. Everything was delicious and we had a fun time with lots of leftovers which they package up very cute and neat, they put the ramen noodles in a bowl and your broth separate so your noodles don't suck it all up by the time you eat it again.. saved it as a new favorite spot!! The kids were ecstatic and had an amazing time which is very hard to do with most restaurants. fun food for kids and great eats for adults. 10 out of 10 from the kids!“

“Had a 5:45 pm reservation and had drinks and appetizers ordered straight away. Others reviews speak of an 8:20pm seating when they close at 9pm, then give the restaurant one star because they were rushed. That’s not fair. For us, we had a friendly and thorough server that was able to accommodate my dairy free requests and no rush. We started with the crab cake, which was excellent, but could have used more sauce than the fancy smear on the plate. The cocktails were ok. We had the Cuban and the basil mojito. In short, basil does not belong in a mojito and the Cuban was good but tiny portion size. The food was hot, fresh, good quality, and tasty. Reasonable portion sizes, especially for the fish! The braised beef was tender and flavorful, the skirt steak was a nice cut, nicely cooked, and paired well with the chimichurri. The fish was fresh and flaky and the beets tender and tasty. The deserts were equally as good as the meal. Overall a good experience, but spent $240 for two people.“
