I feel like I'm let down every time I come here. I tried again after 2yrs.I bought the Autumn squash soup, steak & cheese sandwich & a mango refresher drink.First, For some reason the mango refresher tasted like it had pop in it.Second, the steak sandwich tasted like they put the DISGUSTING pickled red onions on my sandwich then took them off after they realized i put (no pickled onions on it). Good value. I had an excellent Autumn Squash soup with a free baguette.While the soup tasted great, the Pantera experience felt weird. No friendly face greeted me. I approached the counter, still no greeting. 3-4 workers were busily preparing orders. Luckily, I noticed the kiosk and placed my order there. I found that to be more than a bit weird.The only interaction I had with staff was when I reached up to retrieve my soup from the kitchen window. What if I'd been handicapped...read full review

Like others have previously warned, check your take-out order before you leave. I ordered a Greek salad that didn't contain a single shred of red onion. How can you leave onion out of a Greek salad? Or else inform you ahead of time that they are out?
