I've visited Happy Lamb where I live in Houston, and the experience was the same. The quality of food was good. I'm just not a fan of the broth selections. I feel as though they're not flavorful enough. I frequent a restaurant here in Houston called Volcano Hot Pot, and their soup broth is insane! Idk if it's because it's Korean inspired or what.The service was great as well as the atmosphere. I would visit again if it's winter and I'm in town and want to hot pot.
I had to update my reciew due to the last time I went. The service was horrendous. And I am guessing it's because I had my birthday party along with my cousins and there were 15 or so people there and they knew the tip was already added. The service was 2 stars at best. We had lunch there a few days ago ( 4 adults and 2 babies). The food was pretty good and fresh. The service was alright considering they were quite busy on that day and had a lot of customers to take care of.
