“Revisiting Bombay Chopsticks after many years, this time at their Naperville location, was a delightful surprise, showcasing how much the restaurant has evolved and improved over time. Gone are the days of the ubiquitous red sauce dominating every dish. Instead, the menu now boasts a more diverse array of Indian-Chinese cuisine, with flavors that remind me of Kolkata's unique Chinese offerings. The restaurant itself feels fresh and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out, even more, was the exceptional service, particularly from our server, Francis, who was understanding and patient, even as our toddler made a mess with noodles. It's clear that Bombay Chopsticks has not only kept up with the times but has elevated its dining experience significantly.“
“When I used to live in the North burbs (Deerfield / Highland Park), there were these pick-up & go “americanized” chinese restaurants that had very good food, excellent quality, inexpensive yet the portions were exceptional. This place is very similar. There is no in-dining seating at most of these sites (a few exceptions), but this no-frills approach keeps the prices relatively low compared to dine-in eqivalents. However, there is no dim-sum, assorted dumplings nor any specials that are “extravagent” such as crispy Peking duck mu-shu style. But for what was ordered and the price point, its worth a visit.Ordered combo appetizer which came with a pork eggroll, 2 crab rangoon and 2 fried shrimp rings. Served hot and crispy, this was what was to be expected, and nice serving size. The chefs special pan fried noodles with combo chicken, beef, shrimp and vegetables was on-point. Again the pint serving, imo, is worth 4 meals (~4oz each). I have had many pan fried noodles over the decades and this was a very good version. The owners are friendly and deliver the food on-time. I was there 10 minutes prior to the promised time, which was delivered at exactly 10 minutes as I waited (I didnt mind the wait). It paid off as the food was still piping hot when I got it home.“
“Ordered via Uber Eats for tonight (Christmas day). The orange chicken is AMAZING! So fresh and flavorful, very tender to boot! My fiancé’s sweet and sour chicken is also good. Thank you, China Kitchen!Edited to add it also reheats well the second day! Not many Chinese places can claim that. Thanks again!“
“Js is halal certified! Finally an authentic halal certified Chinese restaurant. Food tasted really good and service was quick. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. We ordered General Tso chicken (not on the menu), Spicy beef noodle soup, and chicken dumplings. Tso chicken and spicy beef were really really good! Dumplings were bland, the dipping sauce helped a little. Restaurant is clean and spacious. Would definitely go again!“

“We went here for the first time expecting it to be a sushi place - but it's not. It's sit down Chinese - and very good too! Was a pleasant surprise! The Orange Chicken tastes like orange! The almond chicken was perfectly velveted. The lo mein was delicious and satisfying.Service was a little spotty. We had to remind them to take a drink order and they seemed a little confused when we did that. They seemed to forget about us at the end of the meal as well - sat there for a while waiting to get a check. The place was clean, cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Great for a date night. We are totally going back.“
