We were greeted right away by a friendly wait staff who helped us with some recommendations along with taking our order. everything we ordered was great I had the black garlic pork on the first page of the menu, one of the children had plain ramen with chicken broth and the other had a chicken ramen bowl. We all tried each others and we all agreed our own bowl was the best but they all were good. You can either make your own, à la carte and choose your ingredients or you can choose from pre-made with pictures which we did because it was our first time. we didn't have room for appetizers, but we will definitely be back to try them because they all look amazing. Everything was delicious and we had a fun time with lots of leftovers which they package up very cute and neat, they put the ramen noodles in a bowl and your broth separate so your noodles don't suck it all up by the time you eat it again.. saved it as a new favorite spot!! The kids were ecstatic and had an amazing time which is very hard to do with most restaurants. fun food for kids and great eats for adults. 10 out of 10 from the kids!“

“It’s a nice place to eat. Unfortunately there was a party of 10 celebrating a birthday. They was very loud and obnoxious. Couldn’t really enjoy the atmosphere. Staff didn’t tell them to lower their voices. Maybe they need a special room away from the front so that other paying customers can enjoy their meals and conversations.“

“We celebrated our 20th anniversary at Sullivan's Steakhouse last night and it just felt right from the start. Great energy, great food, and the kind of atmosphere you want for a night like that. They really went the extra mile too. A personalized card and flower petals on the table when we sat down, a photo card to take home, and a complimentary dessert with “Happy Anniversary” written in chocolate. Those little touches made it feel special. Manny was awesome. Attentive, easy to talk to, and had a great feel for timing. Never rushed, never waiting on anything. Really appreciate how the whole night came together. We’ll be back.“

“My sister and I each live about 40 mins from a Cracker Barrell and meet there about every three months to catch up. Love the food! The Italian beef was exactly what I was hoping for — perfectly dipped, with mozzarella cheese and hot giardiniera. The beef was tender, juicy, and had so much flavor. It was one of those sandwiches where you take the first bite and immediately know they did it right.

We also ordered a pizza and asked for it to be well done. I asked them to go a little heavier on the hot giardiniera and a little lighter on the green peppers. When the pizza came out, it was cooked exactly the way we wanted. The crust had that perfect crispiness from being well done, and the toppings and giardiniera gave it a really good kick without overpowering everything else. It was honestly one of the better pizzas I've had in a while.

What really stood out to me, though, was how well everything was taken care of. The people working in the lobby were very attentive, friendly, and actually communicated with us throughout the experience. You could tell they were paying attention and making sure people were being taken care of instead of just going through the motions.

The restaurant itself was also extremely clean. Everything looked well maintained, and the bathrooms were absolutely spotless. I'm not exaggerating when I say they were some of the cleanest restaurant bathrooms I've seen in a very long time. That definitely says a lot about the people who work here and how much they care about the overall experience.

We came in around lunchtime, so it was a nice, relaxed dining experience. From the food to the service to the cleanliness, everything was just really well done.

“I would give this place 100 stars if able! I had to plan a rehearsal luncheon for my son's wedding in Joliet in mid May with only 2 months notice. Since we live in North Carolina, I had to do all the research online. Thank heaven I came across SixtyFour Reserve Room in a Google search. The manager, Andrew, contacted me right away and was so helpful in making suggestions for our event. Cheryl, the events manager, took over in finalizing all the arrangements. There are so many different options for appetizers, meal combinations, wine, cocktails and beer! Our guests were able to choose their favorites ahead of time. When we arrived on the day of the event, we were so delighted by the venue! Everything I had requested was in place, and Cheryl and our amazing server/bartender, Alex, immediately greeted us and made everyone feel welcome. The appetizers and meals were served efficiently and right on the timeline I had planned. The food was incredibly delicious with a pleasing presentation. Our guests had so much fun with the Wine Stations, and the whiskey lovers appreciated the variety of choices. Everyone raved about how much they enjoyed the food, drink and ambiance. Best of all, I was able to relax and enjoy our guests since all the work was done by Andrew, Cheryl, Alex and the kitchen staff. The cost was very reasonable, especially so close to Chicago. It was outstanding and even the presentation with the fluted mashed potatoes was the finishing touch. I would give it 10 stars if I could. We'll be back for more.“

“Every time my daughter and I go to H Mart we get cupbop here, we love the crispy tofu and beef or the chicken, but no matter which cupbop we order it’s always amazing. The portion is enough for three meals and we always have plenty to bring home after the initial lunch. The combination of ingredients and sauce are so memorable that we can’t wait to have it again and it literally talk about it regularly until we go back for another visit! We hope it never changes!“

“Lou's is one of our favorite pizza restaurants. Unfortunately, our last visit did not live up to our previous ones. The Lou''s deep dish pizza had a crust that was very tough. The server could hardly cut it and we could not cut it with out knives without a lot of muscle and sawing motions. The server did not come back to serve us our subsequent slices, as most do. Also, it was one of our guests birthday's and the server brought out a mini cookie with ice cream and whipped cream, which was nice. We noticed other tables had a cherry and a candle on top. And the noise level was really high.“
